I want to thank you and all of your workers for the successful dormer project at our home.
First of all, after my first call to you, you called me back the same day. Then we had a meeting for you to look at the project, and you came right on time. I can't tell you how many other contractors I called that never even called me back, and yes there were a few that didn't show up after we made an appointment.
It took you less than a week to come up with a very reasonable price. The other thing was that you were very helpful in planning all options that we had to deal with..
Well I can't tell you how nervous we were that first day, when you planned to remove the roof. As you remember we couldn't afford to move into a hotel. We were worried how you could remove the roof and replace it all in the same day, but you did ! You delivered on all of your promises and got the whole job done in 5 days... We couldn't believe it. Your workers were so neat and clean, each day they would broom sweep the whole area. Oh the last thing which I never told you, after the dormer completion we had our house appraised, it increased in value by $ 95,000... We were able to refinance and buy all new furniture. We owe it all to you, please give our name to other customers, so we can share our experience...

I am a resident of Bergen County NJ who a few years ago was trying to decide whether to
purchase another house of a bigger size or have a large extension done on our existing raised ranch. A good neighbor of mine (Bob), who was connected to a reputable contractor(Lifestyle Builders)
recommended that I go ahead with an extension. More importantly he advised that an extension on our raised ranch can be done going upwards instead of building in the rear and taking valuable
land space. Numerous references were provided and viewing the workmanship was impressive. It turned out to be a great idea and his solid recommendation of 'Lifestyle Builders' as the main contractor was even better. Lifestyle did a superb job of framing and interior finish. They also provided flexibility to use their subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, insulation, tile, roofing, interior stairs and cement mason work, etc.) or add your own. They were very good in terms of meeting schedules and more importantly are well known by municipal or town building inspectors. They and their subcontractors are very familiar with building code requirements and throughout different stages of the extension, all inspections were passed easily. Our rectangular extension (about 48 feet x 26 feet) involved 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and access stairs. There were no surprises and all debris were cleaned up. I have recommended 'Lifestyle Builders' to others and have answered any calls for
more details or provide complete satisfactory compliments. I would highly recommend Lifestyle Builders for those wanting to extend or enlarge their existing homes.

His crew arrived promptly each morning and efficiently did there work. We didn't have to ask them to lower any loud music and they spoke respectfully. Doug was always available either by phone or would stop in should we have any questions. His crew is a regular crew, meaning the same men show up each day with a foreman always on the job.

To all of you who are thinking of building or adding:
Lifestyle builders have been part of our lives for 12 years now. 12 years ago when we lived in West Milford we wanted to add a level we asked for a few estimates. Doug walked in and from the way he spoke we felt he knew exactly what he was talking about. He was knowledgeable and responsible and was A-1 when it came to delivering.
Within 3 weeks we saw an opening in the ceiling the stairs came down and we were more than pleased with what we saw.
Four years later we moved to Paramus and needed to add bedrooms as our family was growing. Within 2 weeks 2 bedrooms and a new roof were added and everything has been great for 8 years.
At this time my mother is getting older and is ready to move closer. We decided to go for a 2 family house so she can live with us and still have her privacy. Of course we called Doug!!! Doug is there to plan, give advice, and help deal with the town and hopefully very soon the addition will be standing and my mom will move in.
It is very difficult to start building but when you have Doug's knowledge his
wonderful crew and his unbelievable delivery always on time or before, it makes it
so much easier.
